Ingredients:
½ cup cottage cheese
½ cup steel-cut oats
2 eggs
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Sweetener (optional)
**Add spinach without changing the taste (optional)
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Cook on a low to medium heat.

Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
Blend all the wet ingredients until smooth, then stir in the dry ingredients. Cook on a low to medium heat.
