1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE

At HIgedi, we are fully committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including the possession, distribution, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

2. Reporting Mechanism

Users can report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior directly through our app via the in-app reporting feature.

3. Handling of CSAM

Upon receiving reports or identifying CSAM, we promptly remove such content and report it to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), in full compliance with applicable laws.
