1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, for example Truvani vanilla protein powder: 20g protein, 5g carbs

4 tablespoons of heavy cream: 1g protein, 1g carbs

Total: 29g protein, 10g carbs
