  • 1 cup of almond meal or almond flour

  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder

  • sesame seeds and a pinch of salt for coating

Combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of almond meal or flour, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder in a bowl. Roll the mixture into bite-size balls, then coat them in sesame seeds. Air fry the balls at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes, or bake them for a few minutes longer until they are golden brown.
