3.5g of protein and 4.5g of carbs per cookie (w/filling)

  • ¼ cup peanut butter

  • ½ ripe banana

  • ½ cup almond meal

  • 1/3 tsp baking powder

Air fry at 340 F/170 C for 8 minutes (or bake for 2-3 minutes longer)

  • For 'thumbprints' mix 1 tsp peanut butter with 2 pieces of melted dark chocolate

Makes around 9-10 cookies!
