3.5g of protein and 4.5g of carbs per cookie (w/filling)
¼ cup peanut butter
½ ripe banana
½ cup almond meal
1/3 tsp baking powder
Air fry at 340 F/170 C for 8 minutes (or bake for 2-3 minutes longer)
For 'thumbprints' mix 1 tsp peanut butter with 2 pieces of melted dark chocolate
Makes around 9-10 cookies!
