This cottage cheese bowl is the perfect start to your meal, leaving you plenty of wiggle room for that tempting carb treat afterward!

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 fried egg

  • 1 cup spinach (sautéed with 1 clove of garlic)

  • 3.5oz/100g bacon fried

  • 10 pecans

Saute the spinach with 1 clove of garlic, and set aside. Chop the bacon into cubes and fry, then set aside. Fry the egg! Now, assemble your bowl by starting with cottage cheese as a base. Finally, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with some olive oil. Enjoy!
