  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)

  • 1 scoop eggnog protein powder (for example, Just Ingredients Eggnog Protein Powder)

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (for garnish)

  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (for garnish)

  • * sweetener to taste (optional)

  • * unsweetened whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

1. Brew your coffee.

2. In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over low heat and whisk in the eggnog protein powder until fully dissolved and smooth, froth it for additional creaminess.

3. Pour milk and protein mixture into your brewed coffee. Stir in your sweetener, if desired.

3. Pour the warm oatmilk into your brewed coffee. Stir in your desired sweetener, if preferred.
