½ cup unsweetened almond milk
* ½ tsp peppermint extract (optional)
* 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla syrup (optional)
Instructions:
1. Brew your coffee.
2. In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over low heat and whisk in the vanilla peppermint protein powder until fully dissolved and smooth, froth it for additional creaminess.
3. Pour milk and protein mixture into your brewed coffee.
4. Optional: Stir in peppermint extract for extra mint flavor and sugar-free vanilla syrup, if desired.

a splash of heavy cream
* sweetener to taste (optional)
* unsweetened whipped cream (optional, for topping)
