This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made on HIgedi.com (the Website) for our digital products, including Gestational Diabetes Video Lessons and any related downloadable files (together, Digital Products).

By purchasing a Digital Product, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Digital products, instant access, and access period

Our Digital Products are delivered digitally and are available immediately after payment through your HIgedi account.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, your purchase provides 2 years of access from the date of purchase.

Because access is provided instantly, refunds are limited as described below.

EU/EEA/UK customers: right of withdrawal (digital content)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, this right can be lost once performance begins.

When you purchase a Digital Product on our Website, you will be asked to confirm that:

  • you want immediate access to the Digital Product, and
  • you understand that you will lose your right of withdrawal once access is provided.

If you do not provide this confirmation, we may not be able to provide immediate access.

Refund eligibility

We keep refunds strict because Digital Products can be accessed immediately.

We may consider a refund in the following situations:

  • Duplicate purchase: you were charged more than once for the same product.
  • Technical access issues: you paid but cannot access the Digital Product, after we have attempted troubleshooting, and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • Accidental purchase: you contact us quickly after purchase and have not meaningfully accessed the Digital Product (we may ask for information to verify this).
We do not offer refunds for:
  • change of mind after access has been provided
  • not using the Digital Product
  • dissatisfaction with results (we cannot guarantee outcomes)
  • purchases made through third parties (if applicable)

Promo codes and partial refunds

If you used a promo code or discount, any refund (if approved) will be based on the amount actually paid, not the full undiscounted price.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at hi@higedi.com and include:

  • the email address used for purchase
  • the name of the Digital Product purchased
  • the purchase date (approximate is okay)
  • a short description of the issue

We may ask for additional information to help us locate the transaction or troubleshoot access.

Refund method and timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method.

Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your statement. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at hi@higedi.com so we can help.

Unnecessary chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in temporary restriction of your account while we investigate.
