HIgedi started from my own (hi, Julija here, HIgedi founder) experience with gestational diabetes. I was overwhelmed, confused, and desperately searching for practical advice—not just medical guidelines.
I wanted to know:

How do other moms handle fasting numbers?
Where can I find dessert recipes that work for GD?
Am I the only one struggling with this?
What started as a small blog and Facebook group has grown into:
