  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter

  • ½ small peach

  • 2 tsp shredded coconut (toasted)

Spread a layer of Greek yogurt on parchment paper, then drizzle over some peanut butter. Top it off with fresh peach chunks and toasted coconut. If you prefer, you can swap out the peach for strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries — it’s just as delicious! Freeze for at least 1 hour.
